Do you ship overseas?

No, we currently do not offer international shipping. Our delivery services are exclusively available within Singapore.

Which areas in Singapore are covered for delivery?

We deliver to all locations on the main island of Singapore, including Sentosa. However, delivery to restricted areas such as military zones or offshore islands is not available.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Will you offer international shipping in the future?

Can I return my product?

At GreenLuxe, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality cosmetic products. However, due to the nature of our products, we regret to inform you that all sales are final. For the health and hygiene of our customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once products have been sold.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?

We're sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged. Please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
  2. If there is any visible damage or defect, take a clear photo of the product and packaging.
  3. Contact us within 03 days of receiving the item at Greenluxesg@gmail.com with your order number and the photos.
  4. We will assist you in resolving the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
