Shipping Policy for GreenLuxe

At GreenLuxe, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all online orders. Partnering with J&T Express Singapore, we deliver your purchases efficiently and securely.

Processing and Delivery Lead Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery lead time is 1 to 3 business days after your order is dispatched.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey through J&T Express.

Restricted Delivery Areas

Deliveries are available across the main island of Singapore, including Sentosa. Please note that delivery to restricted areas, such as military zones or offshore islands, is not available.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. Customers may request a re-delivery, which will incur additional charges.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive:

  1. Notify us within 03 days at Greenluxesg@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your order number and any supporting information (e.g., photos of damages).
  3. We will work with J&T Express to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
